At Happy Hill we like to say that we are “real people with a real relationship with Jesus.” That means that at Happy Hill we don’t expect you to be something that you’re not. We all have faults and we all struggle with the tough decisions and challenges that come with daily life in this world. At Happy Hill we don’t hide our struggles or judge others for what they are going through. When you have questions, you are free to ask them. When you have doubts, you are free to voice them. That’s what makes this a great church. It is a place where you can be honest about whom you are and still find encouragement and support to make it through this sometimes difficult life.
That also means that at Happy Hill we don’t have a list of rules and regulations that you have to live by. We plainly teach what the Bible says about right and wrong but we don’t pretend that it is easy to do or even understand. It is not always black and white. Our main focus is to help you have a relationship with Jesus and to help that relationship grow. We believe he will help you make changes in your life, so that you can become all that he created you to be.
Please come join us sometime and see what we are talking about. And please don’t feel the need to pretend about anything, just come as you are, and just be real.
